YGZ high speed CNC drilling machine

This machine is mainly used in machine flange, heat converter, and pipe and plate parts.
Drill power bit main axle adopts variable frequency motor stepless speed regulation and feeding speed uses actuating motor stepless speed regulation. The speed can be changed without stopping machine so it operates easily.
The electric control advanced drilling process adopts computer control to realized automation. It adopts position management and program easily to CAD-CAM convert automatic programming directly to realize machining without drawing.
The maximum machine dimension is 50005000 mm and maximum drilling diameter is 50mm (high speed twist bit)and 40 (hard alloy bit).
This machine is equipped with ball screw, linear rolling guide rail, hydraulic pump, valve, frequency converters, feeding actuating motor and its actuator, digital control system which are all word famous brands. It operates easily to realize automation with high precision and wide range of products suitable for small and medium sized production.
